What Sypher stores from Facebook and Instagram
When a business connects Facebook or Instagram to Sypher AI, Sypher stores the access token Meta issues, the selected Facebook Page and Instagram account names and identifiers, the selected ad account identifier, and the page, post, ad, and lead form results Sypher reads to show the business its marketing performance. Sypher does not store Facebook passwords.
Disconnect inside Sypher AI
A business owner or manager can sign in to Sypher AI, open the Growth or Marketing area, and choose Disconnect on the Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Ads card. Disconnecting deletes the stored Meta access token right away, and Sypher stops reading data from that account.
Remove Sypher AI from Facebook
You can also remove the app from Facebook at any time: open Facebook, go to Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select Sypher AI, and choose Remove. Meta then revokes Sypher's access.
Request full deletion
To have Sypher delete all data it received from your Facebook or Instagram account, email syphertechai@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the business name and the Facebook Page or Instagram account that was connected. You can also mail Sypher Technologies LLC, 4129 Main St. Suite B3 PMB 1044, Riverside, CA 92501 US. We confirm the request by email and complete the deletion within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law, such as billing records.
Other connected accounts
The same steps apply to Google, Microsoft Outlook, QuickBooks, and other accounts connected to Sypher AI: disconnect the account inside Sypher, revoke access in that provider's account settings, or email us to request deletion.
