Platform use
Sypher AI provides business operations tools for service companies, including call intake, scheduling, dispatch, customer records, estimates, invoices, payments, inventory, reporting, employee access, marketing tools, and AI-assisted administration.
Accounts and authorized access
Users must provide accurate account information, protect login credentials, and only access data they are authorized to view. Client owners and authorized managers are responsible for assigning suitable permissions and removing access when it is no longer needed.
Business responsibility
Each client business is responsible for its customer communications, service delivery, pricing, estimates, invoices, refunds, worker activity, employee permissions, and legal compliance. AI-generated content, summaries, recommendations, and actions should be reviewed according to the business's configured permissions and procedures.
Payments and connected services
Payment processing and other integrations may be provided by third parties. The client business remains responsible for taxes, refunds, disputes, invoice accuracy, account configuration, and the terms it offers its customers.
Voice and communications
Businesses using calls, call recording, SMS, email, or automated communication features are responsible for obtaining required consent and following applicable privacy, telemarketing, recording, and communication laws in the areas where they operate.
Sypher text messaging
When a user explicitly opts in to text messages from Sypher AI, operated by Sypher Technologies LLC, Sypher may send recurring appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, scheduling changes, service updates, demo or account updates, invoices and payment notices, and support replies related to that user's request or account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Availability and acceptable use
Users may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use Sypher for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity. Features may change as the platform improves, and third-party availability may affect connected services.
