Sypher may process customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses, call summaries, appointment details, job notes, uploaded files, invoices, payments, inventory activity, employee profiles, direct messages, and audit logs when those features are used.
How information is used
Information is used to operate service businesses, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, dispatching workers, documenting jobs, sending invoices, collecting payments, tracking inventory, managing employee access, supporting customers, and producing operational reports.
Service providers
Sypher may use trusted infrastructure and service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, communications, voice services, payment processing, calendar synchronization, mapping, analytics, and other functions needed to provide the platform.
Mobile messaging privacy
Sypher AI, operated by Sypher Technologies LLC, uses mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent to deliver requested appointment, account, service, billing, and support communications. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party for its own marketing. We may provide information to communications service providers only as necessary to deliver and support the requested messages. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Access and security
Client workspace access is controlled by company roles and permissions. Authorized owners and managers can invite employees, configure access, review audit logs, and remove accounts. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect platform data.
Retention and requests
Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and comply with legal requirements. Customers and client businesses may contact Sypher Technologies to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
