Sypher Platform
Privacy Policy
Last updated July 17, 2026. This starter privacy policy should be reviewed by counsel before production launch.
Information Processed
The platform may process customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses, call summaries, appointment details, job notes, uploaded files, invoices, payments, inventory activity, employee profiles, direct messages, and audit logs.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate service businesses: answering calls, scheduling appointments, dispatching workers, documenting jobs, sending invoices, collecting payments, tracking inventory, managing employee access, and producing operational reports.
Service Providers
The platform may connect to services such as Supabase, Stripe, Vapi, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Resend, Vercel, and other providers configured by Sypher Technologies or the client business.
Access Controls
Client portal access is controlled by company roles and permissions. Owners and authorized managers can invite employees, edit roles, review audit logs, and remove access.
Retention and Requests
Client businesses should define their own retention, deletion, and customer request procedures. Sypher Technologies can assist with platform-level data requests where technically available.
